  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33 cup Unsweetened ketchup (keto-friendly)
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and freshly chopped parsley.

Step 3

Add the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and combine thoroughly using clean hands or a large spoon until evenly mixed.

Step 4

Transfer the turkey mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press it down gently to create an even layer and remove any air pockets.

Step 5

Spread the unsweetened ketchup evenly across the top of the meatloaf as a glaze.

Step 6

Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Step 7

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest in the pan for about 10 minutes to absorb the juices.

Step 8

Carefully remove the meatloaf from the pan, slice it into thick pieces, and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious and keto-friendly turkey meatloaf!
