Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 4 slices Turkey breast slices
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Tomato slices
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a clean mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and baking powder until smooth.

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
