Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 ounces turkey breast, deli-sliced
  • 4 slices bacon strips
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 thin tomato slices
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites and yolks into two medium-sized bowls.

Step 3

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the egg whites and baking powder on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 4

In the bowl with egg yolks, add the cream cheese. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.

Spoon the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to form 6 even rounds (about 3-4 inches in diameter).
