Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 5-ounce cans Canned tuna in water (drained)
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 Optional: Hot sauce (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Divide the shredded cheddar cheese into 4 even portions and place each portion in a circular mound on the prepared baking sheet, about 6 inches in diameter. Leave space between each mound.
