  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods (lightly crushed), cloves, grated ginger, and star anise to the boiling water.

Step 3

Lower the heat and simmer the spices for 3-4 minutes to release their flavors.
