Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 30 g Butter (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

Step 2

In a frying pan over medium heat, melt a small amount of butter and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and translucent. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Step 4

Add the eggs, almond flour, dijon mustard, chopped parsley, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.

Once the sautéed onions and garlic are slightly cool, add them to the bowl with the meat mixture.

Using clean hands, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, about 8-10 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick. You should get about 8 Frikadellen.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
