  • 500 g Ground beef (80% lean)
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 g Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and almond flour.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix thoroughly to bind the ingredients together.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Combine well until evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a patty, approximately 8 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
