  • 150 grams Mushrooms (sliced, such as shiitake or white button)
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce (check for sugar-free options)
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste or red Thai chilies (to taste, adjust for spiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional, for balance)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons Avocado oil or coconut oil
  • 0 Salt (to taste)

Directions

Step 1
