Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated erythritol sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sea salt
  • 0.25 cup Chopped pecans (optional, for added crunch)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare your workspace by laying out a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the pork rinds in a large mixing bowl. If the pieces are too large, break them into bite-sized chunks to mimic the texture of popcorn.

Step 3

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Once the butter has melted, add the granulated erythritol sweetener. Stir constantly to avoid burning until the sweetener has dissolved completely, about 2-3 minutes.
