  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 medium Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (for tomato spread)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (for tomato spread)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add the egg, water, and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.

Shape the dough into 2 small rectangular slices (or use a silicone mold for uniformity) and place them on the baking sheet.
