  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Canned crushed tomatoes (unsweetened)
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 0.25 cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the dry ingredients along with apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.

Slowly add the boiling water to the mixture while stirring. Allow the dough to thicken for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape each into a small bread slice (about 1/2 inch thick). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
