  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 small Jalapeño, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. If desired, stir in the chopped jalapeño for extra heat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant. Set the beef mixture aside to cool slightly.
