  • 200 grams Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 100 milliliters Beef broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the beef. Pat the sirloin steak dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, sear the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side to create a golden-brown crust. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Tent with foil to keep warm.
