  • 80 g Unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

  • 50 g Powdered erythritol (for filling)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Low-carb strawberry glaze (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch tart pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and granulated erythritol. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix with your hands or a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
