Ingredients

  • 1 cup (shredded) Cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup (shredded) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (shredded) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces Low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoons Chipotle chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the creamy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Step 3

Place one low-carb tortilla in the skillet and spread about 1 tablespoon of the prepared sauce evenly over the surface of the tortilla.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the sauced tortilla.
