  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Raw walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Powdered erythritol (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy. Add the vanilla extract and whisk again to combine.

Step 3

Add the pecans, almonds, and walnuts to the bowl with the egg white mixture. Toss until the nuts are evenly coated.

Step 4

In a separate small bowl, mix together the powdered erythritol, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.

Step 5

Sprinkle the sweetener and spice mixture over the nuts while tossing to ensure even coating.

Step 6

Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle it over the nuts. Gently stir to mix everything thoroughly.

Step 7

Spread the nuts in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring the nuts halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Step 9
