  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork (if using), Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, almond flour, salt, and black pepper.

Using your hands or a spatula, mix until all the ingredients are well integrated but do not overwork the mixture, as this can make the patties tough.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty, about 2 cm thick.
