Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Sundried tomatoes (packed in oil)

  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain excess oil from the sundried tomatoes, leaving a little to retain their flavor. Roughly chop the tomatoes.

Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
