  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 15 Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and combined.

Add 1.5 cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt to the melted cheese. Mix thoroughly to form a dough.
