Ingredients

  • 240 g Almond flour
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 100 g Granulated erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 120 g Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 pcs Eggs, large
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 120 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 40 g Powdered erythritol or keto confectioners’ sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides with butter or cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated erythritol, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, prepare the crumb topping. Combine almond flour, powdered erythritol, ground cinnamon, and an additional 70 g of melted butter. Mix with a fork until a crumbly texture develops.

Step 6

Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the cake batter in the pan.

Step 7

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the crumb topping is golden brown.

Step 8

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully release the springform and let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.

Step 9

Slice and serve your Keto Streuselkuchen with keto whipped cream or a cup of coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
