  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 batch Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
