Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper

  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the veggies thoroughly and pat them dry.

Step 2

Slice the zucchini, yellow squash, and red bell pepper into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Step 4

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.
