  • 1 medium Zucchini, spiralized (or julienned)
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 30 ml Avocado oil (or another keto-friendly oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips, rinsing the shirataki noodles, and chopping the vegetables as specified.

In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger to create a flavorful sauce. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 15 ml of avocado oil.
