Ingredients

  • 300 grams green beans
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season lightly with sea salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Trim the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 2 inches long.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
