Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium Zucchini (sliced into half-moons)
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (sliced into strips, any color)
  • 1.5 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos for soy-free option)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth (low-sodium)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Thinly slice the beef sirloin into strips, slice the vegetables, and mince the garlic.

In a small bowl, mix together the tamari (or coconut aminos), grated ginger, minced garlic, beef broth, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Add optional red pepper flakes if you'd like a bit of heat. Set the sauce aside.
