  • 450 grams Beef sirloin
  • 2 medium Yellow onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 2 inches long. Set aside.

Step 2

Peel the onions and slice them into thin half-moons. Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef strips, coconut aminos, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
