Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol or stevia (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional garnish)
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain for tenderness, and set aside.

Step 2

Wash the asparagus and trim the woody ends. Cut the spears into 2-inch pieces.
