Ingredients

  • 250 grams Broccoli florets
  • 200 grams Kale (stems removed, chopped)
  • 150 grams Spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and prepare the greens: cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, chop the kale, and keep the spinach leaves whole.

Step 2

Fill a large pot with about 1 inch of water and place a steamer basket inside. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
