  • 500 grams Fresh broccoli
  • 2 large Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli thoroughly under cold water. Cut the florets into bite-sized pieces. Trim and peel the stems, then slice them thinly.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
