  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves (large, intact)

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the steak on all sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Step 2
