Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 4 keto bread rolls
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp pickled jalapeños
  • 1 tomato
  • 0.5 onion

Directions

Step 1

Season the ribeye steak generously with smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness (medium-rare or medium is recommended for optimal flavor).

Step 3

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Then, slice it thinly against the grain.
