Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 8 ounces Steak (ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced)
  • 8 ounces Chicken breast (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict Keto)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 1 small Carrots (minced, optional but keep minimal for Keto)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.

Step 2

Season the steak slices with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add another 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Cook the diced chicken breast for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the steak.

Step 4

Lower the heat slightly and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
