Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Almond flour tortillas (keto-friendly)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.

Step 2

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Remove the spinach from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

Place one almond flour tortilla flat on a cutting board or plate. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.

Add the cooked spinach on top of the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly. Then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the spinach.

Place the second almond flour tortilla on top, pressing it gently to adhere.
