  • 2 cloves Minced garlic

  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
