Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.

Step 3

Add the almond flour and egg to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is sticky, you can lightly dust your hands with almond flour when handling.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
