  • 450 grams Prawns (peeled and deveined)

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 200 grams Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 Jalapeño (optional, diced)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the cheese taco shells: Place 40-gram piles (about 2 tablespoons each) of grated cheddar cheese onto the parchment paper, spreading them out into thin, 5-inch circles. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Remove the cheese circles from the oven and allow them to cool for 2 minutes. While warm, drape them over a wooden spoon suspended between two objects to form taco shell shapes. Let them cool completely.
