Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (6 ounces each) Chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 medium (spiralized into noodles) Zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves (minced) Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon (optional) Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reads 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
