Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cups Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Grass-fed butter (for toasting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the melted unsalted butter, unsweetened almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
