  • 150 grams deli ham, diced
  • 200 grams beef brisket, cooked and shredded
  • 6 cups beef stock
  • 3 medium pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 leaves bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, saute for 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.

Add the smoked sausage, deli ham, and shredded beef brisket to the pot. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes to lightly brown the meats.
