  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, tossing well to ensure they are fully coated with the seasoning.
