Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Hot water
  • 1 large Ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 ounces Soft goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.

Add the egg and melted butter to the dry mixture and mix well.
