  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
