Ingredients

  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 150 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well to ensure the baking powder is evenly distributed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add in the cream cheese and melted butter, and whisk until you have a smooth mixture.

Step 4

Gently fold the egg mixture into the almond flour mixture until well combined.

Step 5

Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces and add it to the batter along with finely chopped chives, garlic powder, and dill. Stir gently to distribute evenly.

Step 6

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 9

Slice the bread and serve either plain or toasted, perfect with an extra smear of cream cheese or topped with additional smoked salmon.
