  • 500 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 bottle Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Steam the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket over simmering water for about 10 minutes or until very tender.

Step 3

Drain the cauliflower well and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 4

Place the cooked cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it achieves a rice-like consistency.
