Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground pork
  • 100 grams Coconut flour
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce, keto-friendly
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 eggs Sliced hard-boiled eggs (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.

Step 2

Add the ground pork to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and freshly ground black pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, and stevia. Mix well.

Step 4

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add white vinegar and salt.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Adjust the consistency with a little water if the dough is too dry.
