Ingredients

  • 500 g Radishes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing and slicing the radishes into thin rounds. This will allow them to cook quickly and provide a texture similar to potatoes.

Step 2

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

Step 3

Peel and slice the onion into thin strips.

Step 4

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips as well.

Step 5

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
