Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into large florets. Remove and discard the core and leaves.

Step 2

Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles the size and texture of rice. Be careful not to over-process.

Mince the garlic.
