  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1.5 cups Tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
