  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 for serving lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the red onion and garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
