Ingredients

  • 200 grams Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Keto-friendly tortillas
  • 100 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to thoroughly coat the shrimp.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Cook the shrimp in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

Wipe the skillet clean and reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
